    The police do not have to respond if a citizen requests assistance, per a Supreme Court decision.

    • I drove a city bus for 28 years, I experienced this personally. They will not arrest criminals unless it is absolutely unavoidable.
    • Your life means nothing to the thugs or the police.
    • These riots have a silver lining, all the incompetence has been exposed.
    • The thugs are correct, law enforcement is generally useless.
