Antifa Professor Chased James Fields With An AR-15 Before Deadly Crash in Charlottesville

Dwayne Dixon, a University of North Carolina anthropology professor and leader of the armed Antifa group Redneck Revolt, has admitted to chasing James Alex Fields Jr. with a rifle just before he drove into a group of protesters — before Heather Heyer died.

[This is similar to another Social Justice leftist Professor whose actions led to injury at a protest. The “bike lock” Professor Eric Clanton who struck a protester in the head with a U-shaped bicycle lock.]

Dwayne Dixon, a leader of the left-wing Redneck Revolt militia group, admitted to chasing Charlotesville driver James Fields with a rifle shortly before Fields allegedly crashed into a group of protesters, killing Heather Heyer, on August 12, 2017.

Why did Dixon chase Fields before the crash? Big League Politics asked Dixon about this on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Dixon works as a cultural anthropology professor.

The interview quickly went haywire, with Dixon attacking our cameraman and calling the police to report on “an intruder” on the public college campus:

Dwayne Dixon via ABC News:

“I take perverse pleasure in having carried this Spike’s lower in the defense of Justice Park on August 12th. I used this rifle to chase off James Fields from our block of 4th St before he attacked the marchers to the south. Spike’s needs a good lesson in ethics and antifascism.”

The post included the above photo of the 45-year-old holding a rifle.

Dixon’s Facebook page now appears to have now been scrubbed or set to private.

The “Spikes” Dixon was referring to appears to be Spike’s Tactical, who had upset militant leftists earlier in the day with a Facebook ad that read “not today Antifa.”

Dwayne Dixon assumes he is right and therefore justified in his actions. Typical SJW.

Dixon appeared Thursday at a press conference outside his court appearance alongside other suspects who were present when a Confederate monument in Durham, North Carolina was pulled down in 2017.

Dixon was charged with a misdemeanor for bringing a semi-automatic weapon to a rumored assembly of the Ku Klux Klan in Durham, but the KKK rally did not occur and the charge against Dixon was dropped.

Big League Politics reported on August 14 that Fields’ car was “attacked,” citing eyewitnesses from the scene who did not mention Dixon or his involvement at that time:

The scene “was a shit show” an eyewitness exclusively told Big League Politics.

“Car that hit those people drove right by us 3 mins after. Was beat all to fuck. Big rectangular square holes in rear windshield in addition to all the damage you see done to it in the photos,” the eyewitness said.

“I’ve heard he was attacked at another intersection just a few minutes before he ran over those folks. I didn’t see anyone hitting the rear windshield when you watch the videos of him hauling ass out of the street. I suspect they fucked up his car as he was leaving and he lost his mind and did that. No excuse but just context,” the eyewitness said.

Video shows left-wingers attacking Fields’ car right after he plowed into the crowd, forcing him to put the car in reverse and speed away so as not to be killed himself…

Squawker Media slowed down the video to show that Fields was not speeding down the road to such a degree that it would have concerned a cyclist pedaling by, that his car was struck by a left-wing agitator, and that he appeared to hit the brakes and swerve right.

A conduit for eyewitnesses on the ground told Big League Politics that paid agitators were present in Charlotesville as events spiraled into divisive madness throughout the city, fighting on the left-wing side.

Some of the left-wing agitators were throwing water balloons filled with urine and feces, as well as rocks and home-made concrete weapons, which they threw at the heads of rally-goers.
